BOOKINGS & CLIENT CONTACT MANAGER

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone with extensive prior experience who might currently already hold this role elsewhere within a Bookings Department at a Rental House within the UK or someone who has worked extensively as a Senior Client Contact or Account Handler within a rental company in the film industry that may be looking to progress and step up and join us to manage our Bookings team. 

THE ROLE

• Quoting and booking in jobs
• Overseeing the bookings department activities
• Build and grow existing client relationships as well as developing new opportunities
• Ensure the highest levels of service are provided at all times
• Managing members of the bookings team
• Advise and provide solutions for equipment availability and give creative solutions for all projects
• Being the one of the faces of Emmyland

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Extensive experience in a bookings department working at another rental company specialising in high end cinema equipment
• Great technical knowledge of high end cinematography equipment
• Comprehensive awareness of the UK film and TV equipment rental industry and current trends in Cinematography
• Excellent organisation skills 
• Great verbal and written communication 
• A positive, Can-do get-it-done attitude
