Our team, rooted in the Camera Assisting community, is dedicated to providing cinematographers with top-tier equipment and personalised and bespoke service.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Driver & Vehicle Fleet Administrator to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position is ideal for a professional with excellent driving skills and strong administrative capabilities to manage our growing vehicle fleet effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties
• Safely transport high end cinematography equipment to various locations as directed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Ensure adherence to traffic laws and company protocols.
• Represent Emmyland professionally at all times during transportation duties.
Fleet Administration
• Oversee the day-to-day of all of Emmyland’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling, documentation, and repairs and liaising with management.
• Maintain accurate records for all vehicles, including insurance, servicing history, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for servicing, repairs, and part replacements.
• Ensure all fleet activities comply with safety, regulatory, and internal policies.
Requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Actively driving for several years for work or personal.
• Experience as a professional driver is a strong advantage.
• Experience or familiarity with fleet or logistics administration is a strong advantage.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and communicate clearly.
